In 2015, the Goichot family took over the exclusive distribution of this Domaine, located in Saint-Valerin near Buxy on the Côte Châlonnaise and extending over 10 ha. For the young generation, this new Domaine has created a sense of adventure, with a hint of challenge and risk.
We want to make this Domaine feel modern, whether we do this through its labels or the winemaking and ageing methods. Here we want freshness and tautness. For this, we prefer to use stainless steel for the first stages of ageing. Aligotés, Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, the Domaine's wines do justice to their beautiful origins while keeping with the times with regard to minerality and lightness.
